SmartReviews: Towards Human- and Machine-Actionable Reviews

Review articles summarize state-of-the-art work and provide a means to organize the growing number of scholarly publications. However, current review method publication mechanisms hinder impact can potentially have. Among other limitations, reviews only snapshot literature are generally not readable by machines. In this work, we identify weaknesses method. Afterwards, present SmartReview approach addressing those weaknesses. The pushes towards semantic community-maintained articles. At core our approach, knowledge graphs employed make more machine-actionable maintainable.
